• Die Belehrung nach dem gesetzlichen Muster (Anlage 1 zu Art. 246a § 1 Abs. 2 Satz 2 EGBGB), angepasst auf Dienstleistungen: Frist 14 Tage ab Vertragsschluss (BGB 355), Name, Anschrift und E-Mail des Anbieters, Folgen des Widerrufs.
• Besonderheit: Beginnt die Leistung auf ausdrückliches Verlangen vor Ablauf der Frist, schuldet die Verbraucherin oder der Verbraucher Wertersatz für den bis dahin erbrachten Teil; das muss sie oder er ausdrücklich verlangen und bestätigen. Die Zahlungsseite zeigt das als Pflicht-Kontrollkästchen, die Bestätigungs-E-Mail wiederholt es (L8).
• Das Muster-Widerrufsformular (Anlage 2 zu Art. 246a § 1 Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 1 EGBGB), unten.
• Warnung: Eine fehlerhafte Belehrung verlängert die Widerrufsfrist auf 12 Monate und 14 Tage (L12).

What the real text must contain:

• The notice following the statutory model (Annex 1 to Art. 246a section 1 (2) sentence 2 EGBGB), adapted to services: a 14-day period from the conclusion of the contract (BGB 355), the seller's name, address and email, the effects of withdrawing.
• Special case: if the service starts at the buyer's express request before the period ends, the buyer owes payment for the part supplied; they must ask for it and acknowledge it. The payment page shows this as a required checkbox and the confirmation mail repeats it (L8).
• The model withdrawal form (Annex 2 to Art. 246a section 1 (2) sentence 1 no. 1 EGBGB), below.
• Warning: a wrong notice extends the withdrawal period to 12 months and 14 days (L12).
