Nothing else is promised: no reply, no fix and no date. Supporting is a payment for the two things above; it is not a gift and the money is not deductible.
Prices
To be decided. The subscription tiers and the amounts are not set yet (placeholder). A one-off payment can be any amount from EUR 3 for now. How long a one-off payment keeps the priority is also open; the proposal is 12 months.
You do not need an account to support. The payment page (Stripe Checkout) asks for your email; afterwards sign in with that email on the account page to see your status. To end a subscription, use Verträge hier kündigen.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU; the payment page asks you to confirm how it applies when the service starts at once.
